NOT: Jenny McCarthy Slams Ex Jim Carrey
It’s another case of a celeb using the media as a mouthpiece for her personal issues: in a radio interview with Howard Stern this week, Jenny McCarthy told the shock jock that she’s disappointed in Jim Carrey’s lack of effort in trying to see her son Evan. She and Jim dated for five years, and according to Jenny, Jim was apparently like a father to the now ten year old boy. But even though the two exes haven’t spoken to each other since their break up in 2010 – two years ago – Jenny claims she has used other “channels” to reach the funny man. She also went on to say that Evan is in therapy working on the “process” of losing Jim. Jenny, if you care so much about reconnecting your son and your ex, why don’t you do the mature thing and reach out to him yourself? And let’s be real here – Jim is not Evan’s father, and Jenny’s relationship ended with him on such a sour note that they don’t even speak with one another. It doesn’t sound like a healthy environment for a child to be around – and she’s certainly not helping the situation by tarnishing his rep on the radio!
