HOT: Charlize Theron Dominates the Summer Box Office
Charlize Theron is everywhere these days – but unlike some stars who just won’t go away, we can’t get enough of her! She’s starring in not one, but two major blockbuster films this summer: Snow White and the Huntsman, which is number one at the box office, and Prometheus, which opens at theaters tomorrow. Charlize has made a name for herself playing down-on-their-luck women (think Monster and North Country), but now she’s taking her turn as Hollywood’s resident bad girl. She played the bitchy ex prom queen to a perfect pitch in Young Adult last year. And this summer, she plays the Evil Queen in the dark fairytale version of Snow White, and a controlling executive with an agenda on a sci-fi expedition in Prometheus. Unlike so many of the hot messes in Hollywood who pride themselves on being “bad girls,” Charlize makes being a bitch look good!
