Summer Dresses For Work

Thigh-skimming, shoulder-baring summer dresses are great for wearing to
weekend brunch or a summer barbecue, but it’s not likely your favorite
floral halter dress will cut it in a professional setting.
Fortunately,
there are plenty of summery options that will. But first, a few
guidelines. Steer clear of strappy, slinky, or body-hugging cuts like

make sure you cover up appropriately by layering a camisole underneath
or a cardigan on top, or by wearing tights when necessary. And halters?
They’re a no-no. That said, here are a few looks that WORK.
