You've got to treat every person as a potential contact, and every place you visit on a daily basis as a networking opportunity. Don't leave the house without a business card, an elevator pitch, and a resume.

Dust off your resume!

There is huge competition out there for few jobs. Monster has a great article called Update Your Retro Resume that makes fixing up your resume super easy. Good Luck!

yeah, sure

that's easy for you to say, but it's not so easy to get a job. I can just write a resume and take my pick.
