Jessica Simpson Disses Native Americans
Poor Jessica Simpson can’t catch a break. Over the past few months, she’s been ridiculed for her expanding waistline, dumped by a delicious pro quarterback, and relentlessly followed by the press for signs of a post-breakup breakdown. And as if that weren’t enough, this week Simpson decided to throw a racial slur into the mix. When TMZ asked the pop singer if she planned to return the boat she bought for ex Tony Romo, Simpson replied “I’m not an Indian giver.” The un-PC comment has Native American fans fuming and further reinforces the blonde airhead image she’s worked so hard to shed. Jess, we support your attempt to appear personable and unaffected after the split, but try keeping your big mouth where it can’t do more harm than good—locked up and away from cameras.
