Miley Cyrus Flashes Cleavage to the Queen
There are a few occasions when we’d like to think it’s widely understood that a conservative outfit should be chosen over a cleavage bearing dress… Occasions such as dinner with the boyfriend’s parents, going on a job interview, or oh, say, meeting the Queen of England. Apparently Miley Cyrus missed the memo, because when the teen singing sensation shook the Queen’s hand at Monday’s Royal Variety Awards, let’s just say the attention wasn’t on her voice. And considering the leather crop top and hot pants she wore during her performance earlier in the night, we’re pretty sure Cyrus won’t be invited for High Tea anytime soon.
