NOT: Victoria Beckham Blows Her Idol Debut
Victoria Beckham had big shoes to fill when she took the guest judge’s seat Tuesday for an early audition round on American Idol. And according to critics, she failed miserably. The Los Angeles Times called the former Spice Girl-turned-fashion designer “the night’s saddest failure.” In addition to having nothing valuable to contribute to the commentary, Beckham’s "gaunt appearance was so off-putting it might have cost her the slot DeGeneres eventually won.” Looks like Scary Spice might be too skinny for TV—what kind of Idol is that?
