During an appearance on Oprah this week, Jill Biden let it slip that Joe was actually offered a choice between both the VP or Secretary of State spot. (Wonder what Hilary Clinton makes of that one?) Oops! Though her husband tried to quiet her, on "Jilly" rambled, thus sealing her fate as the most muffled Second Lady to date. Note to self: discretion is an art form—one you need to master now that you're in the spotlight.
