Natalie Portman Admits to Being a Late Bloomer
Can Natalie Portman get any classier? In addition to being a fantastic actress, style icon and total brainiac (she went to Harvard, yo), Portman also refrained from the boozy, club hopping, no underwear donning ways of many of today’s young stars. In a new interview with Marie Claire, the star of the new drama, Brothers, admits that she didn’t smoke pot until she was in her 20s or get “flat-out drunk” until she was in college. “But I think that’s a good thing in many ways. Work was like an all-you-can-eat buffet,” she tells the magazine. “And I was like, ‘I’m hungry!” If only some of her peers cared as much about their own careers…
