Default Knee-high boots

I have a great pair of black knee-high boots I want to wear to work, but I'm not sure if they're appropriate for work. What can I wear them with so that they're not too trampy? Any ideas?

i think it's okay if you pair them with a dress or even a pair of jeans (designer of course) or black pants. Don't wear a low-cut top or a really short skirt. You don't want to look like a pole dancer.

I wear knee high boots all the time. I only wear skirts past my knees though and tasteful ones from reputable stores. Just like someone said, just pair it with a proofessional top (not a v-neck), and you'll look great! Actually since I've worn mine a couple of others have worn theirs too, and the boss loves them as well!

Default Knee high boots

i believe a lot of masons, and construction workers use some sort of soft padded knee pads. you might want to look into something like that.
