How would you spend a million dollars?

In times like these, daydreaming can be a sweet escape. If you had a million extra dollars to spend, what would you do with it?

Start a dance studio for children! You know, not all kids get the chance to learn how to proper dance moves. I didn't!

This money would go along way in my family. I would build myself and each of my 3 children homes, which would be green, get them green vehicles and set up college trust funds for all 8 of my grandchildren. I would then check with the local sheriff's department about having a ranch set up for children that are in trouble to spend the summer to help get them straight. Work on work ethics and respect. Also donate to the research for Ovarian Cancer. I lost my mom in Feb with that disease and want to help prevent that in others. And then I'm sure I could find some other worthy causes as I looked for them.

no way Id spend 10 years in the big house... maybe if it was 1 year or 100 million for 10 years then Id think about it. Sticky brought up good questions, could you invest the 10 mill before you went in so it was worth more
