Angelina Edges Out Tom Cruise
So much for the retirement rumors. Angelina Jolie has signed on for the biographical film, Salt, sure to be another Blockbuster hit. Even better? She'll be replacing Tom Cruise! The film's writers allegedly re-wrote the script so that Angie could play the lead role of Edwin A. Salt, a CIA officer who is falsely accused of being a Russian agent. Props to Angie for proving that sometimes it takes a woman to do a man's job… and for saving us from another round of media mood swings from the mom-bashing, couch-jumping, Scientology freak.
