Girl On Top: Lauren Conrad
Lauren came on to the celebrity scene in 2006 with the premiere of MTV’s juicy reality drama Laguna Beach. She was then offered a starring role in the spin-off show, The Hills, which documents the ups and downs of Lauren’s friendships, relationships and work in the fashion industry.
Amidst the onscreen crying sessions and cat fights, we caught glimpses of Lauren’s bold career ambition at Teen Vogue and the People’s Revolution. Meanwhile, off-screen, she set out to make a real name for herself with her own clothing line, The Lauren Conrad Collection, which debuted this year at Mercedes Benz LA Fashion Week.
