Cubicle Confession

Dear Nicole,

Last week, my manager and I were supposed to give a presentation that we’d been working SO hard on. I’ve seen her present before, and she is terrible. When she gets nervous she stutters, sweats, breaks out in hives… It’s enough to make everyone squirm in their seats. After all the work I’d put in to this project, there was no way I was going to let her fear of public speaking crush my chance to impress the higher ups.

So, the morning of the presentation, I spiked her coffee with a laxative. Needless to say, she didn't show up, and I gave a stellar presentation by myself. But my manager was furious and is now threatening to sue the company for keeping what she thinks was sour milk in the kitchen. I'm afraid if they do some sort of investigation they'll figure out I'm to blame! What should I do?

Sincerely,
