Today, Barry came to the office. I feel like I haven’t seen him in forever. It wasn’t a planned visit – I know this because Claire looked a teensy bit shocked to see him. He’d come to take her out to lunch. It seemed really out of character and I kind of wondered if he might be doing it to sniff around and check up on Claire. I mean, I still have no proof that she’s having an affair but all the signs are there. Oh did I tell you that I found a receipt from Kiki De Montparnasse for $1600? I mean, to presume that expenditure was for Barry’s benefit requires some hard-core suspension of disbelief. I have to say though, that’s some pretty classy sluttin’ around (though I really hope she didn’t buy one of those gold plated vibrators). Say what you will about Claire, but when it comes to shopping I must occasionally pause to admire her greatness.
Oh PS: as they left, Barry reminded me that Jasper is starting soon- and wasn’t I excited? Ugh, way to poop in my flower box Bare!
